Annual Maintenance Program

$197 per year

1 visual inspection annually.

Semi-Annual Maintenance Program

$358 per year

2 visual inspections semi-annually.

Our Residential Roof Maintenance Subscription Includes:

  • Physically inspect roof top.
  • Clean all debris from roof surface, including leaves and limbs.
  • Clean out gutter system including downspouts.
  • Inspect all roof penetrations to make sure nothing is leaking.
  • Repair nail pops and secure loose shingles.
  • Clean skylight, solar, and sun tube lenses.
  • Inspect seams on low slope roofs.
  • Inspect roof flashing around chimneys and penetration areas.
